Custom B2B/B2C platform for luxury travel. Integrates an intelligent recommender, vendor portal, billing, and bespoke payments.
The Context
A boutique agency specializing in luxury travel to Scotland managed their bespoke trips and vendors using emails and spreadsheets. The process from lead capture to final conversion was slow, error-prone, and failed to convey the brand’s “premium” value to the end customer.
The Solution
We built a comprehensive custom software platform covering the entire trip lifecycle:
- Intelligent Trip Recommender: A consumer-facing interface that profiles user preferences and generates highly qualified leads.
- Vendor Portal (B2B): A dashboard where local partners can manage their availability and offered experiences autonomously.
- High-Touch Payment Flow: A system allowing the admin to validate availability and generate interactive invoices and payment links (Stripe) with a single click, fully internationalized for different markets.
The Impact
Digitizing the entire flow (Lead -> Itinerary -> Invoice -> Payment) allowed the company to handle a much larger volume of clients while maintaining ultra-personalized service. The customer experience now matches the premium quality of the trips offered, skyrocketing conversions.
