The Context
Independent professionals and freelancers spend a large portion of their time on recurring administrative tasks: reviewing payroll, monitoring legal working hour limits, and analyzing billing. There was no solution that unified these needs into a platform with a seamless, premium aesthetic.
The Solution
We developed a comprehensive SaaS platform with a scalable architecture:
- AI Auditing (Llama Vision): Integration of an AI engine that allows users to upload their receipts and payroll documents. The system automatically extracts, classifies, and audits amounts, detecting discrepancies.
- Financial Dashboard: Highly reactive and interactive interfaces built with React 19 and Recharts, providing clear insights into income and work health metrics.
- Payments and Security Module: Robust authentication infrastructure using Supabase (MFA) and natively integrated monetization/tipping via Stripe.
The Impact
